How long will it take before I get a refund?
Returns are generally processed within 10 business days after arrival. As soon as your return has been processed you’ll receive an email notification.
Paypal refunds: If you used a bank account or your PayPal balance, your refund can take three to five days. If you used a credit or debit card, refunds can take a bit longer – up to around 30 days. If you used Paypal express the refund takes up to 14 days.
